Had cb valeting round today for there maintenance package . Can't express how amazed I am at the quality of the job done.the car looks brand new. Even better then when brand new if I'm honest. We've tried many other company's and none of them have even come close. You can tell they take great passion in there work and love what they do . We won't be using anyone else from now on. 5* review from us .

Reluctantly leaving this review due to Chris refusing to accept his failings. Booked a full interior and exterior detail/valet and additional work on his recommendations including ceramic coating and interior protection. Specifically requested interior detail to be main focus as that was my main priority. On collection of the car and due to it being freshly cleaned/damp looked fine with some areas that were not done. Car was parked up for a couple of days and after checking it during the daylight found that the interior had not been cleaned. Stain marks on seats, spillage marks on dash areas, dust and grime in vents and on plastics. Boot area and door inners dirty and looked as though they hadn't even been cleaned. See added pictures. Although he did agree to come and redo the faults, which I declined due to the fact that if a so called professional is unable to complete a job as directed the first time then second chances are a no in my book. Using the excuse that the car was big and also ridiculing another fellow valeter is also very unprofessional and low. After several hours the interior was brought to its natural beauty my a novice, me. Finally ignoring messages was his final low. Please don't offer a level of service that you cannot stand up to and keep. Definitely won't be using you again and will not be recommending you to anyone. Infact the detailer you bad mouthed will be the recommendation. I would suggest you rename your page as CB Valeting as you most definitely are not a detailer. EDIT. Further to the below response. The worker was your 'brother' and that's no excuse. Its your responsibility and a £30 partial refund on a £425 job 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Finally your apology is not accepted.

After reading the reviews I decided to message Chris and get booked in. Just had the ultimate package! Wow what a difference.. it's like a new car again.. just in time for summer Would highly recommend Chris!

Chris is an incredibly hard worker who is willing to show up early and put in a solid days work on your pride and joy as though it were his own. Even if the weather or location makes the job challenging he will accommodate your needs and get the job done one way or another. He has done 2 cars for me now and taken them from mucky to pristine in a day - and he gives helpful and reasonable recommendations which don't feel like he's trying to sell you something, but rather what he thinks is the best for that job. Highly recommended.

Chris did a fantastic job on my car with a stage 1 correction. The clear coat was showing the usual swirls and small scratches that left it looking a bit 'vague' . After the correction, it's as close to factory as it can be - the luscious deep black is back, the metallic really shines and the curves of the car catch the eye like they should do. Highly recommended and all done at a sensible price, on your own driveway.

Chris has looked after our car since brand new - a full treatment dealing with the lack of any love from factory or dealer followed by monthly maintenance valets. He works meticulously and thoroughly, spending a serious amount of time ensuring the job is done with the sort of care most would only lavish on their own car. The interior has remained spotless, the exterior pops and Chris considers just what each car needs each time, thinking about the extra steps that will make it look its absolute best - I'm looking forward to how good it looks next time with the plastics treated - thanks Chris! Excellent service! Chris did a great job of making my car look and smell brand new. Everything was spotlessly clean and polished, he turned up when he said he would, and was friendly and polite. He even came and did the valet and wash at my workplace for added convenience. Will definitely be calling on him again when I need my car valeting.
